Sliding Fee Discount Program
If you are unable to pay your bill in full, you may qualify for our Sliding Fee Discount Program. For more information, please contact our financial counselors at 207-498-1371 or 498-1617, or 800-858-2279, ext. 1371 or 1617, by emailing pinesbillinghelp@pineshealth.org, or visiting them at the Cary Medical Center Chan Center, 163 Van Buren Road, Caribou, ME, 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday.

Payments by Mail
To make a payment by mail, please complete and attach the bottom section of the statement with your payment. We accept debit/credit card(s), check(s), and money order(s). If paying by check, please write the account number on the check. Please do not staple your check to the statement.

Payments In-person
To make a payment in person, please visit any of our locations or our financial counselors. Financial Counselors are available to assist you in person at Cary Medical Center at 163 Van Buren Road, Caribou, Maine, 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday.
We accept cash, debit/credit card(s), check(s) and money order(s).
Payments by Phone
To make a payment by telephone, please call (207) 498-1371 or (800) 858-2279, ext. 1371 to reach our financial counselors. We are able to accept debit/credit card information.
Payment Plans
If you are unable to pay your bill in full, please contact our Financial Counselors to discuss a payment plan. We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payment plans.
